I like how close your viewer is to the foliage in the foreground. I'm confused by the watery(?) thing in the background. Perhaps it's the symmetrical shape, or the hard edge on it that's confusing me.
I really like the point of view you've chosen to show here. I think the values could be pushed farther in both directions. Some really light specular highlights would help show the reflective surface of the water. The atmosphere looks nice going into the background, but you could still add some more detail and darker values back there, at least near the water's edge. Nice texture and detail. The shapes created by the vines in the upper right look cool.
