This seems like an awesome movie still frame shot. I would expect James Bond to come flying under the bridge on a speed boat. The window seems like a second point of interest after the tunnel of the bridge/canal. Nice contrast of textures like between the water and concrete sides.
Cool textures; I think you can use even more. The reflections in the water show nice attention to detail. Changing the size of the boats was a good way to help show depth. Try varying your line weight a little more. It might help create visual interest and push those background buildings farther back in space.
This is so quaint. I imagine the Gatsby riding in one of those boats haha! I really like the lighting!! I only have one critic for it and that is that the boats look a bit like they're sitting 100% on the water. I think they need to feel like they're plunked in the water a bit.
